If anyone wants to do a Pine Barrens ride, March and April are good months if you never been. It's not too busy, not too hot [yet] and no insects. As long as it doesn't rain it is almost as perfect as going in the fall 
I've got several tours mapped out but the best one is a 30 miles loop around Basto Village area in Wharton State Forest. Super easy and you'll get to see a lot. There's even a couple of side places where you can test your Bronco skills.
