Where did it come from?

While at Wildwood, there was a Sport with an attached metal pull out table they got from the dealer when they bought their Sport. Ford knows nothing of this and I cannot find on after market. Has anyone else seen a pull out table for a Sport? I know a hard ask, so here's a couple pictures from my first surf fishing excursion ever!!! Started with gearing up my Sport!! And I won the Oasis shade in Wildwood at the raffle!!
