How crazy do you get parking your car?

Sometimes you gotta squat the line for the greater good. 🚫🚗

Before anyone loses their mind, let me explain — this isn’t about blocking hydrants or being “that guy.” This is about giving my Bronco room to breathe, avoiding door dings, and making sure the next guy actually has space to park without swinging a door into fresh paint.

I left full clearance for emergency access and didn’t obstruct the hydrant — just positioned it smart so two vehicles don’t end up squeezed door-to-door like sardines.

Bronco owners know…
One careless door swing = lifetime beef.

Call it parking with purpose.
Call it body panel protection.
Call it Bronco math.

Either way…
👉 No scratches
👉 No door dings
👉 No stress

I'm 1000% with you on this. After years past to dealing with stupid people who actually don't care about their vehicles, I typically part at the back of a lot or literally the most unfavorable place so I can avoid idiots. I'm extreme with this. I honestly don't even want another Bronco next to me. That irks me too. You want show some brotherhood? Show common sense and at least skip as space. That way I know you understand why I (and hopefully) you both parted away from everyone. F you others "rules" on this.

Also, you're not blocking anything man. You're right on the hatch- maybe a bit over but and you're clear of the area. Plenty of room to access the hydrant.

Our country is loaded with idiots. People just don't care. When I lived briefly in the Northeast, Wawa's were the widest spots to park. I don't mind parking up front when running in for a quicky.

That's interesting... I haven't had a problem at Wawa yet but I don't like their smaller gas station models that have stores. It causes far too much traffic, people park stupid and you can get blocked in. In Philly there is one by PHL (on Bartram Ave) that I avoid but they did built a much bigger one at the base of the 291 bridge (probably not even a mile away) that is sized much better. Broncos like Wawa 91 😁

I noticed the issue really comes down to people who need vehicles vs people who want vehicles. People in Philly for instance are terrible with vehicle. The number of people here that swear off driving and ONLY use Septa or a car share is nutty. Once you get into the burbs or over into NJ. Things get a bit better. You still have idiots but their idiocracy (movie ref intended!) is a bit different.

Either way, in all cases, I just park away from people. My tolerance for idiots is long gone.

I noticed the same. The spots are wider.
